CARA is the city’s dedicated emergency ambulance, keeping revellers safe every Friday and Saturday night from 11.30pm - 3.30am, alongside WM Police, Street Pastors & Pubwatch
Who are we here to help?
- Vulnerable People
- People who appear to be under the influence of drugs where someone would usually call 999
- Visitors to the night time economy who have suffered injuries whilst in the city centre
- Customers in pubs, clubs and other venues that become unwell and require medical assistance

How to call us…
- Speak to a member of venue door staff who can contact us via radio
- Approach a Street Pastor or Police Officer
- Come and see us, our main standby point will be opposite JJ’s
