Operations Director – Dave Johns
Dave is an HCPC registered paramedic, with over 10 years’ experience working on the frontline in the NHS Ambulance service. Prior to this, he hails from a farming background and has a passion for everything rural.
After taking an active role in organising student union events whilst studying at the then Harper Adams Agricultural College, he carved an early career in event management. This saw him undertake a variety of safety, security & leadership roles at live music venues, multiday festivals and sporting events.
Alongside keeping people safe and entertained at events, he became a community first responder with the NHS Ambulance Service and subsequently took up a full time role on the frontline. This ultimately led to him becoming an HCPC registered paramedic following his graduation from Coventry University in Paramedic Science.
His varied experience, in depth knowledge and exacting standards make him perfect for the role Op’s Director, ensuring that day to day everyone and everything is where it should be, so our customers can rely on us to provide a service second to none!
